IC - 22 pin DIP CMOS RAM PCD5101P

CMOS (Complimentary Metallic Oxide Semiconductor) 22 pin RAM integrated circuit used on most brands of early solid state pinball machines. Occupies socket U8 on early Bally/Stern MPU boards. Very static sensitive.

Used as a replacement for the 5501 ram on system 7 and other Williams boards.
