Q: My package came damaged!

A: Please email [email protected] with a description and pictures of the damaged items and/or packaging.

Q: My order is incorrect or missing items

A: Please email [email protected] with a description of the incorrect/missing items and pictures that include all packing lists, labels, and bags in package. When opening kits with many small parts, please inventory all items in the bag. 

Q: How do you guys handle small/delicate items?

A: Small and delicate items are often packaged in promotional elements or backed with packing material to protect them. Check your package thoroughly (including the padding) to make sure your items are not nested inside.

Q: The plastic/acrylic sets I received look cloudy/dirty

A: Double-check that you have removed the protective film on both sides of the plastic pieces. 

Q: How will my items be packed for shipping? 

A: We take great care to ensure all your items are sufficiently protected with individual bagging, bubble-wrapping, stiff backing, and boxing as necessary. Orders that contain a mixture of fragile and heavy items (glass, legs, boards, etc.) may be sent in multiple boxes, each with its own tracking number. If you are missing a tracking number on your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected].

Q: I'm looking for a part that's not listed on your website

A: Email us at [email protected] with the part number and/or a description of what you're looking for. Be as detailed as possible (manufacturer, release year, item shape/color, etc.) and someone from our team will reach back out to you.

Q: Why does my received item look different than on your website?

A: We try our best to correctly display, describe, and associate all our products, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to factors like screen display settings, manufacturer changes, model variations, or simple human error. After all, pinball has so many DIY aspects and is a constantly evolving industry!

Q: How are payments handled?

A: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. For all customers in the United States, funds will not be captured until your order ships out, at which point you will receive another email with shipping and tracking information.
