7) Change out your AA batteries or install NVRAM Battery Eliminators
• Every year your should swap out your AA batteries on your MPU to prevent battery acid from leaking onto your precious boards. Always use lithium batteries, not alkaline.

8) Make some New Year's pinball resolutions
• Commit to a regular maintenance schedule - Change out your pinballs every 1,000 plays and do a flipper rebuild every 5,000 plays.
