Start the new year by refreshing all your pinball machines with this checklist.

1) Deep clean your games

Get your hands dirty so your machines play nice and clean with our various maintenance kits.

2) Inspect playfield mechanisms and hardware

Are your pop bumpers bumping, slingshots slinging, drop targets dropping, and flippers flipping?

Don't forget to also check and tighten all the screws, bolts, and other hardware.

3) Replace worn out rubbers and scratched pinballs

Time to swap out those cracking old rubbers with more durable rings in any color you can think of.

5) Time for new glass?

7) Change out your AA batteries or install NVRAM Battery Eliminators

• Every year your should swap out your AA batteries on your MPU to prevent battery acid from leaking onto your precious boards. Always use lithium batteries, not alkaline.

8) Make some New Year's pinball resolutions

• Commit to a regular maintenance schedule - Change out your pinballs every 1,000 plays and do a flipper rebuild every 5,000 plays.
