INDISC 2025 Recap

INDISC 2025 Recap – Pinball Battles, Big Wins & Epic Moments!

INDISC 2025 was an unforgettable weekend of high-level pinball competition, but none of it would be possible without the dedicated volunteers who keep everything running smoothly. From tournament organizers and scorekeepers to techs working behind the scenes, this event is a massive team effort, and their hard work makes INDISC one of the best pinball tournaments in the world.

This year’s tournament was packed with intense matches, unexpected upsets, and some truly incredible moments. Players from around the world brought their A-game, with young competitors making deep runs into the finals, proving that the future of competitive pinball is in great hands. The Open Division final was one for the books, with Zach McCarthy grinding out a massive score on Johnny Mnemonic to take the win. Meanwhile, in High Stakes, Escher Lefkoff had to keep his nerves in check as Arvid Flygare pushed him to the edge in a battle on Iron Maiden.

One of the coolest additions this year was the debut of PinClash, where players competed in a head-to-head format on JAWS pinball machines. This high-energy competition, adding a new layer of excitement to the INDISC tournament series.

Beyond the competition, there was plenty happening on the show floor. Project Pinball showcased the Inclusive Gamewerks controller with a high-score challenge on Metallica Remastered, made possible by Captain’s Auction Warehouse. The free play area featured an incredible lineup of machines, thanks to local collectors who brought some of their best games for everyone to enjoy.

Karl DeAngelo and the IE Pinball team delivered another year of top-tier livestream coverage, with support from Fliptronic’s Jordan and Rebecca and a dedicated group of commentators and volunteers. Over 40 hours of pinball action were streamed live, with Scorbit making scorekeeping seamless and real-time score updates keeping the broadcast engaging from start to finish.

It was also a special year for Bob Matthews, who celebrated 50 years in competitive pinball while rocking a collection of tournament badges from decades past. A longtime force in the Classics division, Bob’s knowledge and passion for pinball continue to inspire players across the community.

From the first qualifying rounds to the final matches, INDISC 2025 was a true celebration of competitive pinball. With incredible battles, exciting new additions, and a community that continues to grow stronger every year, this tournament remains one of the best in the world.
