Returns and Exchanges

Marco Pinball is committed to product quality, order accuracy, and timely delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please call us at +1-803-957-5500 (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM EST) or email [email protected]. We may ask for detailed descriptions and/or photos of your order, paperwork, and packaging, which will only be used for identification or claims purposes.

Marco Pinball is not responsible for package handling by mail carriers.


Return Process:

If a return shipment is required, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Occasionally, the original manufacturer may need be contacted directly regarding specific issues. If that is the case, our team will provide you with more information on how to proceed.


Warranty Period:

Unless otherwise specified, our products have a 30-day replacement/refund warranty. Exceptions include installed electronic components (ICs, diodes, boards, etc.) or other items that display significant witness marks, to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


Return Shipping:

In most cases, Marco Pinball will cover the cost of incorrect or missing items requiring return shipping to us.

For exchanges and non-defective refunds, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the items to Marco Pinball in its original condition and packaging, and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Replacement Items:

In general, replacements are shipped upon receipt of the returned items at Marco Pinball’s warehouse. Exceptions may occasionally be made at our discretion.


Processing Times:

Returns may take 5-10 business days to process once they reach our warehouse.

Refunds are dependant on your financial institution and may take up to 30 business days to reflect in your account.
