Scorbitron® Dot Matrix display probe

Scorbitron® probe for all Dot Matrix Display pinball machines.

Dot Matrix Displa Probe (SBT-DMD-PROBE) required for interfacing with the following types of solid-state pinball machine computer systems:

• Williams WPC-89

• Williams WPC-95

• Williams WPC-S

• Stern Whitestar

• Stern SAM

• Stern Spike 1

• Sega (128×32 and 192×64)

• Data East

• Capcom

• Gottlieb System 3

Note: Requires necessary power adapters, data cables and a Scorbitron, sold separately. This probe has a 14 pin input connector and 14 pin output connector. It connects directly to the DMD connector output on the machine's MPU or display board. The original ribbon cable plugs into the DMD connector on the probe. It may be extended with a 14-pin male-to-female adapter cable in cases of unusual fit, though it has been tested to work in the default configurations without adapting.

This probe has also been tested and is compatible with ColorDMD displays of all types.
