Appears to be a redesign of the original part. It has ribs on the back for added strength. Also appears to be 3d printed, or originally 3d printed and molded from that print. It is a little taller than original, and will need to be sanded to fit. The center hole need to be cleaned out with a drill to get the rivet in. Keep in mind the rivet hole is inset, so your rivet set cannot be much bigger than the rivet head or you won't reach the rivet.
