Small grooved black grommet used in Williams / Bally, Sega pinball machines. Used on PC Board (PCB) as a mounting grommet, as well as other various uses.

3/8 inch OD with 3/16 inch inner diameter and 3/16 inch thickness. Groove is 1/4 inch wide.
