Push Rivet - .482" long - .157" diameter - .440" head

Plastic push rivet, sometimes called a Christmas tree clip or Fir tree rivet. Mentioned in the Jersey Jack Pinball (JJP) Hobbit manual on page 334 as a plug to use to remove the steel mini post between the flippers. Can be used for this purpose in any game with a post that is not a wood screw.
