Early style gray plastic flipper link used with the tapered compression flipper spring that slides over the flipper plunger. The tapered link is used on early flipper assemblies to prevent flipper return spring from binding.
The newer style oval link will not work properly with the conical shaped spring. This flipper link is used on pre Fliptronic games.
