The STK12C68-PF45 is an Autostore nvSRAM with a density of 64K organized as a 8K x 8. The device has a single 5 Volt power supply, a speed of 45 nanoseconds, comes in a 28 pin 300 mil lead free plastic DIP package and has commercial temperature specifications.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES

When used in the following systems, installation will require circuit board component level replacement tools and skills. If your current RAM is not socketed, first installing a 28 pin socket is strongly recommended.

Board modifications:

• Sega or Stern -- the HSB pin number 26 needs to be removed.
• Data East -- remove HSB pin number 26, and make a link between +5V and B+.
• Williams -- some games use larger RAM circuits. To be able to use this NVRAM, add resistor 1.5k on R93, and remove O ohms resistor on W3.
