International Ordering
• Updates to our International Shipping Policy (November 10, 2020)
Fulfillment of all international orders is handled by our trusted cross-border partner, Zonos. Orders placed from outside the United States will be packed and shipped from Marco Pinball's warehouse in Lexington, South Carolina, but Zonos will manage billing, quotes, and customs declarations at no extra charge to you.
Of course, all our international customers will still receive the same top-notch, personal customer service and support directly from the Marco Pinball team.
Placing an International Order:
1) Add items to Shopping Cart.
2) At checkout, scroll to bottom of screen and select "Outside US Checkout".
3) Complete your purchase with Zonos iGlobal secure checkout, which displays prices in your local currency, offers multiple shipping methods with delivery time estimates, and provides options to pre-pay duties and taxes*.
*Canadian Customers: Please be advised that any order exceeding USD$250 will not be eligible for Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping. Expedited shipping through FedEx International Economy or Priority may incur additional duties and taxes. For further inquiries, contact sales@marcopinball.com.

Marco Pinball complies with all international trade regulations and will always prepare documents for export that are precise and true.

Understanding “Delivered Duty Unpaid” (DDU) at Checkout
When you shop with us internationally, you may see the term DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This simply means we ship your order to your country, but you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your government.
What We Cover
We take care of:
Packing your order for international shipping
Transporting it from our warehouse to your country
Export paperwork and any export fees
What You Cover
Once your order arrives in your country, you’re responsible for:
Customs clearance fees charged by local authorities
Import duties, VAT, GST, or other taxes
Any inspections or storage fees at customs
Final delivery fees if charged locally
Why This Matters
Every country has its own import rules and fees. We don’t control these charges, and they’re not included in the price you pay at checkout. Your local carrier or customs office will contact you if payment is needed before delivery.
How to Prepare
Check with your local customs office for an estimate of duties and taxes before ordering. This helps avoid surprises when your package arrives.
International Returns/Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an international order and will be subject to a restocking fee.
